Naked Yoga

Join us for Naked Yoga with Bri.  Unwind from your day into a sensually slow yin-inspired yoga practice.   In this class, we practice mindful breathing and meditation techniques to dive deeper into your body's sensations in restorative yoga poses.   

No experience necessary.  Complimentary mats and towels are provided. 

This is an online event. 

Bri is an internationally certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and has been teaching for over 7 years.   She is also a multidisciplinary artist with a BFA from York University, focusing on sculpture and painting.  She is passionate about facilitating safe spaces to tap into that creative, sensual energy we all have bubbling inside us.
