Naked Yoga

Join us for Naked Yoga with Bri.  Get into the zen mood in this hatha-inspired, beginner-friendly practice.  We will sweat, and we will release as we celebrate our bodies.

No experience necessary.  Complimentary mats and towels are provided. This is an online event. 

Bri is an internationally certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and has been teaching for over 7 years.   She is also a multidisciplinary artist with a BFA from York University, focusing on sculpture and painting.  She is passionate about facilitating safe spaces to tap into that creative, sensual energy we all have bubbling inside us.
